Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience in operations, project delivery, stakeholder coordination, resource management, and performance oversight in complex infrastructure or mega-project environments.
• Proven track record coordinating operational activities, managing teams and contractors, and supporting delivery alignment across multiple project workstreams.
• Experience in large-scale infrastructure or construction programs with interface coordination, risk management, reporting, and HSE compliance.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities to motivate cross-functional teams.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and coordination skills for effective relationships.
• Sound problem-solving, decision-making, and issue-resolution abilities managing competing priorities.
• Deep understanding of project delivery processes, operational governance, and performance management frameworks.
• Proficiency in HSE requirements, compliance obligations, and operational control processes.

Responsibilities
