Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Professional membership with RICS, CIArb, ICE, CICES or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 15 years' experience in contract/commercial management on major infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing large, complex contract portfolios with multidisciplinary teams.
• Significant experience administering and managing FIDIC-based contracts.
• Strong commercial acumen and risk management skills with excellent negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple complex contracts simultaneously with strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with governance, audit and compliance awareness.
• Proficiency in Oracle Unifier, SAP, MS Office and contract management systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead management of a large and diverse portfolio of roads and infrastructure contracts across the contract lifecycle.
• Develop and implement contract management strategies, procedures, and governance frameworks, providing leadership to contract management and administration teams.
• Establish consistent contract management practices across all projects and contracts, driving continuous improvement in performance.
• Oversee all contract administration activities to ensure compliance and maintain audit-ready records.
• Monitor obligations, milestones, deliverables, securities, warranties, insurance requirements and maintain contract records.
• Identify, assess and manage contractual and commercial risks across the portfolio.
• Lead management of contract changes, variations, claims, and extensions of time; support dispute avoidance.
• Monitor contractor compliance and lead performance reviews and assessments.
• Act as primary contractual point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead the review, assessment, negotiation, and administration of variations and claims.
