Job summary

Parsons Corporation is seeking a Stage Gate Assurance Manager - Asset Governance to lead governance across the project lifecycle in Riyadh. The role focuses on asset management assurance, evidence-driven decision making, and handover readiness for major asset projects.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Asset Management or Engineering and 15+ years of experience in governance, lifecycle planning, and project controls, with a track record in cross-functional coordination and formal closure

Qualifications

• The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 15 years in asset management, governance, and project controls.
• Strong knowledge of Stage Gate governance, evidence preparation, and decision logs is essential.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary reviews with cross-functional teams across city assets.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Asset Management assurance requirements for Stage Gate reviews across project lifecycle.
• Ensure evidence and conditions are available at the correct decision stage.
• Prepare assurance summaries and track risk, gaps, and actions.
• Maintain decision logs and ensure governance decisions are reflected in project plans.
• Facilitate handover readiness and operational readiness activities with City Operations and O&M teams.
