Parsons is seeking a Senior Station Design Manager - Governance in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to govern the complete design process for the Upper Plateau Stations, ensuring controlled progress from early development to issued-for-construction packages across disciplines.

This governance-focused role emphasizes client-facing leadership, ensuring gates, reviews, and change control are applied consistently, with clear records and audit trails to support project decision-making and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of project-management experience on major infrastructure, rail, or transit developments.
• Extensive experience governing design workflows, approvals, and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Proven involvement in complex multistation or mega-project environments.
• Strong knowledge of design-management frameworks and stage-gate processes.

Responsibilities

• Represent the station-design process in client and leadership discussions.
• Lead coordination and progress meetings focused on approvals, decisions, and actions.
• Clarify client requirements and maintain records of decisions and changes.
• Ensure design updates are incorporated into workflows and gated reviews.
• Coordinate approvals with authorities, regulators, operators, and third parties.
• Define and maintain the station design-management plan and governance procedures.
