Job summary

Jobgether in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to design, build, and evolve large-scale, customer-facing infrastructure.

You will own end-to-end infrastructure from architecture through production operations, collaborating with product engineering, security, and DevOps teams. This role is fully remote within Saudi Arabia, focusing on cloud, Terraform, Kubernetes, observability, and cost-efficient platforms while mentoring engineers.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in infrastructure, platform, or backend engineering in cloud environments (AWS preferred).
• Hands-on IaC with Terraform and cloud-native tooling.
• Strong knowledge of networking, load balancing, containers, Kubernetes/EKS, and distributed systems.
• Proficient in Go or Python with production-grade software.
• Experience with observability tools and incident management.

Responsibilities

• Own a core infrastructure product end-to-end, from design to operation.
• Define objectives and align initiatives with business goals, identifying risks.
• Design scalable, secure, and cost-efficient infrastructure for diverse workloads.
• Develop developer-facing tooling to boost productivity and reduce toil.
• Mentor engineers and drive cross-team technical decisions.
