Job summary

Confidential Government is seeking a data analytics professional to support the airports sector by analyzing data, developing strategies, and preparing reports for non-aeronautical business lines. You will collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations to drive revenue growth and passenger experience enhancements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in business or economics and 4–6 years of experience in a related field, with a focus on data-driven decision making and performance

Responsibilities

• Analyze data to identify opportunities across sectors such as retail, F&B, and services.
• Evaluate performance using KPIs to identify improvement areas.
• Develop strategies to enhance efficiency and revenues from non-aeronautical businesses.
• Prepare periodic reports outlining financial and operational performance of non-aeronautical businesses.
• Present detailed reports on performance to senior management.
• Provide accurate analyses to offer visibility into progress toward objectives.
• Work with marketing, sales, and operations teams to achieve shared goals.
• Collect customer feedback to guide performance improvements.
• Contribute to initiatives to enhance passenger experience within the airport.
• Develop relationships with commercial partners and suppliers to strengthen non-aeronautical businesses.
• Participate in negotiating partnership contracts for optimal returns.
• Assist in preparing annual budgets and revenue forecasts for non-aeronautical businesses.
• Assess gaps between actual and planned performance and provide recommendations.

Education
