Job summary

NEOM Green Hydrogen Company seeks an Ammonia Operation Shift Supervisor to lead safety-focused operations for the ammonia production plants on a shift basis. You will manage a team of control room and field operators, coordinate maintenance, and drive plant performance improvements while upholding strict EH&S standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and a minimum of 10 years in ammonia operations plus 10 years in a managerial capacity, with strong leadership and regulatory

Qualifications

• BS in engineering or equivalent field.
• Minimum 10 years in ammonia plant operations.
• Minimum 10 years in a managerial/leadership role.
• Proven safety focus and incident prevention track record.
• Strong leadership, coaching and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 15–20 control room and field operators.
• Foster relationships with plant managers and operators to ensure safe operations.
• Coordinate maintenance activities and root-cause troubleshooting.
• Develop and update operating procedures; manage KPIs for performance.
• Act as Incident Commander in emergencies and ensure EH&S compliance.
