Job summary

ABB Motion Services in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, seeks an experienced Service Sales professional to drive service sales across Cement, Mining, Minerals, and Utilities. You will manage opportunities, build long-term customer relationships, and promote lifecycle services for motor and VFD portfolios.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 5+ years in ABB Motion Services portfolio, preferably in sales and technical support in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge of Motor and VFD systems, services offering, spare parts, service contracts, modernization and energy efficiency.
• Proven ability in project- and solution-based sales with cross-country collaboration and communication.

Responsibilities

• Drive the service sales process for Cement, Mining, Minerals, and Utilities segments to grow profit.
• Generate service sales leads and expand ABB footprint by promoting upgrades and lifecycle offerings.
• Maintain long-term customer relationships and respond to technical and service needs promptly.
• Plan weekly sales visits, manage CRM pipeline, and coordinate with service units and IB strategy.
• Translate customer needs into ABB Service offerings and ensure contract details align with strategy.
