Job summary

KBR, Inc. is seeking a Senior Security Manager for a major Riyadh project. The role leads security strategy, policy implementation, and training for PMCs and contractors, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance across the program.

The candidate will develop site security plans, manage incidents, and advise senior management on security priorities, leveraging extensive experience in high-risk environments and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in security, criminal justice, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of security experience in corporate security, law enforcement, or military.
• Experience on international projects in high‑risk environments and unsecured areas.
• Proven trainer with ability to develop and deliver learning to diverse audiences.
• Fluent reading/writing/speaking of English; strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the organization's safety and security strategy and policies.
• Conduct on-site security training for PMCs and contractors.
• Advise Client on security matters and priorities.
• Integrate security plans into project plans and budgets.
• Lead site threat/risk assessments and draft security plans.
• Coordinate emergency response and incident reporting with senior management.
• Provide security advice with senior management and develop drills.
