Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in security-related field.
• Extensive experience planning and leading vehicle and individual screening operations.
• Experience in high-volume, geographically dispersed or high-risk environments.
• Experience with vehicle X-ray, baggage X-ray, and secondary-screening operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic development and rollout of scanning and screening capability across VACPs and event deployments.
• Provide operational leadership for vehicle X-ray scanning and related screening activities.
• Plan and oversee walk-through and handheld metal detection, bag search and secondary screening.
• Govern restricted-item controls and incident response within screening operations.
• Ensure readiness, training, audits and continuous improvement of scanning programs.
