Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company seeks a Senior Manager, VCP & Screening Operations to lead scanning and screening across vehicle access points, pedestrian areas and events. You will ensure risk-based, regulatorily compliant operations aligned with guest experience and city security goals.

You will oversee vehicle X-ray, baggage screening, walk-through and hand-held detectors, and restricted‑item controls, while driving performance, readiness and continuous improvement across complex deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Security Management, Risk Management or related discipline.
• Extensive experience planning and leading vehicle and individual screening operations.
• Experience in high‑risk, dispersed environments such as airports, critical infrastructure or large venues.
• Proven ability to lead live operations during high‑attendance periods and complex stakeholder environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic development and rollout of screening capability across VACPs, pedestrian points and event venues.
• Provide operational leadership for X-ray scanning, bag search, and secondary screening arrangements.
• Governance of restricted‑item controls and incident response, audits, and readiness reviews.
• Coordinate cross‑functional readiness with city leadership, stakeholders and partners.
• Manage contractor performance, NCRs and continuous improvement of SOPs.
