Job summary

Qiddiya is seeking a Director of Security Command & Integration to lead the strategic and operational integration of security command, control, intelligence and technology across QIC Security Operations.

The role defines the future operating model, ensures scalable workforce and integrates CCTV, access control, alarms and incident management into DSOC workflows, while overseeing major events, governance and performance of outsourced services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree essential; Master's preferred.
• Recognized qualifications in security management and risk management.
• Senior security certification (ASIS CPP/CSMP) preferred.
• Formal competence in incident command or crisis management.
• Experience governing outsourced security services and contracts.
• Proven leadership in security operations and SOC/DSOC environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration of security command, control, analytics and incident coordination across DSOC.
• Define governance for security contracts, KPI/SLA, risk and compliance.
• Oversee command structures, incident rooms, drills and major event readiness.
• Drive readiness for CCTV, access control, alarms and communications integration.
• Advise executives and manage cross-functional stakeholder interfaces.
• Plan and execute table-top and live exercises for continuity.
