HCL Technologies Limited is seeking a Product Manager for Supply Chain Finance (SCF) in Saudi Arabia. You will own the end-to-end SCF product strategy, defining features, roadmaps, and lifecycle management, including Islamic financing structures like Murabaha and Wakala.

Qualificações

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Supply Chain Finance, Trade Finance, Transaction Banking, or related financial services fields.
• At least 5 years of experience with banks, financial institutions, or finance companies in Saudi Arabia.
• Demonstrated experience in launching and managing Supply Chain Finance products, including Islamic financing solutions.
• Strong understanding of Supply Chain Finance structures, risk considerations, and operational processes.
• In-depth knowledge of SAMA regulations and the Saudi financial services landscape.

Responsabilidades

• Own the end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management of SCF products.
• Serve as the primary SCF subject matter expert for internal and external stakeholders.
• Translate customer, market, regulatory, and business requirements into product features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with funders, corporate buyers, suppliers, technology partners, and internal teams to deliver scalable financing solutions.
• Ensure products remain compliant with applicable regulatory frameworks, including SAMA requirements for finance companies.
• Identify market opportunities, drive product innovation, and support commercialization initiatives.
