Job summary

Alrawaf Contracting in Jeddah seeks a Scaffolding Construction Manager responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all scaffolding and temporary access works on the project, ensuring safety and adherence to designs, specs, and Saudi regulations.

You will lead scaffolding engineers, supervisors, inspectors, and subcontractors, align with engineering, QA/QC, HSE, and planning teams, and drive construction execution through disciplined planning and rigorous quality control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Structural Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of construction experience with substantial scaffolding management.
• Experience as Scaffolding Manager or Temporary Works Manager is preferred.
• Knowledge of Saudi and international scaffolding/HSE standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage all scaffolding activities from planning to dismantling.
• Develop scaffolding execution plans and construction strategies.
• Coordinate with engineering and QA/QC for design and inspection.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and proper tagging of scaffolding.
• Lead scaffolding teams and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with multiple disciplines and look-ahead planning.
• Maintain scaffold registers and documentation.
• Report progress and resource requirements to management.
