Job summary

Eram Talent is seeking an experienced Scaffolding Supervisor to oversee safe erection, modification, inspection and dismantling of scaffolding systems on industrial/construction projects. The role reports to the Site Manager and requires a valid Saudi Aramco Scaffolding Supervisor Card with proven project experience.

The ideal candidate will lead scaffolding crews, ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco standards, and maintain high safety, quality and productivity across sites in Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Technical Certificate or equivalent qualification required.
• Proven experience as Scaffolding Supervisor on industrial/construction projects.
• Saudi Aramco Scaffolding Supervisor Card is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Supervise scaffold erection, modification, inspection and dismantling per project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco standards, company procedures and HSE regulations.
• Coordinate daily scaffold crew activities for safe and efficient work execution.
• Conduct routine inspections of scaffolding structures and verify safety for use.
• Maintain scaffold tags, permits and inspection records accurately.
• Ensure proper use of scaffolding materials, tools and equipment.
• Identify and mitigate potential safety hazards related to scaffolding operations.
• Coordinate with construction, maintenance and HSE teams to support project schedules.
• Conduct toolbox talks and promote a strong safety culture among workers.
• Monitor productivity and ensure work is completed within timelines.
• Liaise with clients, site management and inspectors regarding activities and compliance.

The successful candidate must hold a valid Saudi Aramco Scaffolding Supervisor Card and have proven experience working on Saudi Aramco projects. The ideal candidate is locally available in Saudi Arabia and possesses strong leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise scaffold erection, modification, inspection, and dismantling activities in accordance with project requirements.
• Ensure all scaffolding work complies with Saudi Aramco standards, company procedures, and HSE regulations.
• Coordinate daily activities of scaffolding crews to ensure safe and efficient work execution.
• Conduct routine inspections of scaffolding structures and ensure they are safe for use.
• Verify scaffold tags, permits, and inspection records are maintained accurately.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma, Technical Certificate, or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience as a Scaffolding Supervisor on industrial or construction projects.
• Valid Saudi Aramco Scaffolding Supervisor Card is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of scaffolding standards, erection procedures, inspection, and safety practices.
• Familiarity with Saudi Aramco HSE requirements and permit-to-work systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Ability to read scaffolding drawings and project specifications.
• Candidates currently residing in Saudi Arabia will be preferred.
