Job summary

Tahaluf is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to drive revenue for LIONS Riyadh by building a robust pipeline of brands, agencies, and media companies. You will close deals, develop accounts, and translate client objectives into innovative commercial opportunities within the Festival ecosystem.

You will collaborate with the Head of Sales and cross-functional teams to ensure ROI and long-term client relationships. Saudi Arabia/GCC market experience is desirable.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Sales Manager.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in new business hunting and managing strategic accounts is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute sales and account-development plans for LIONS Riyadh.
• Achieve personal revenue targets and grow new logos.
• Identify and engage prospects across brands, agencies, media, and technology.
• Negotiate with stakeholders for win/win outcomes and develop bespoke commercial solutions.
• Maintain CRM records and provide regular forecasting and reporting.
