Tahaluf is seeking a Head of Marketing for LIONS Riyadh, reporting to the Marketing Director and managing a diverse team in Riyadh. You will shape the brand, audience, and go-to-market strategy, establishing the festival as a premier creative industry platform in the region.

The role requires a dynamic leader with a track record of commercial collaboration, product positioning, and data-driven decision making, balancing premium global brand standards with Saudi market relevance.

Qualifications

• Degree or professional background in marketing, communications, media, business, creative industries or a related field is advantageous.
• Significant senior-level marketing experience within major events, media, creative industries, entertainment, culture or premium global brands.
• Experience developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across paid, owned, earned, digital, social and CRM channels.

Responsibilities

• Lead the marketing team to deliver high-impact campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.
• Plan and execute product marketing campaigns for exhibitions and hybrid events.
• Ensure localisation for Saudi and regional audiences while maintaining international appeal.
