Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales enablement strategies and operational frameworks.
• Lead technical pre-sales teams supporting SAO and Public Sector engagements.
• Develop and maintain playbooks, battle cards, and solution positioning guides.
• Manage sales training programs, certifications, and readiness initiatives.
• Align pre-sales activities with Go-to-Market and Sales Management motions.
• Support RFP/RFI technical responses, solution designs, and demonstrations.
• Collaborate with delivery and platform teams to ensure solution feasibility alignment.
• Drive CRM hygiene, opportunity qualification support, and win rate improvements.
• Report enablement KPIs and impact to Head of Sales and leadership.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, IT, or related fields
