Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Roads Coordinator - Dry Utilities in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia to manage the interface between road construction and underground utility networks, including electrical, telecom, fiber, street lighting, and ELV systems. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Electrical Infrastructure.
• 5+ years of relevant experience coordinating roads and dry utilities.
• Strong understanding of road sequencing and utility interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate dry utility works with road construction across networks.
• Review road profiles and utility layouts to identify interfaces.
• Ensure dry utilities are completed before road layers and pavement begin.
• Coordinate electrical duct banks, conduits, and crossings with road works.
• Verify routes, depths, and clearances against road profiles and infrastructure.
