Job summary

WSP in Riyadh is seeking a highly experienced Senior Road Engineer to lead planning, design and delivery of major road projects. Responsibilities include design development, traffic management planning, and on-site supervision to ensure safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of road engineering experience with site supervision.
• Professional engineering license or equivalent preferred.
• Strong knowledge of road design, construction, and maintenance standards.
• Proficient in CAD software and road engineering tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and development of road infrastructure projects.
• Provide technical oversight during construction and ensure QA/QC.
• Develop traffic management plans and safety measures for sites.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders, report progress and findings.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to deliver projects on time.
