Key responsibilities include developing risk registers, implementing response strategies, and conducting risk workshops to elevate organizational risk culture.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Construction Management or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 8–10 years of risk management experience, 5+ years on large-scale development or construction projects.
• CRM or PMI-RMP certifications preferred.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative risk assessment skills.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision abilities.
• Proficient in risk management software and PM tools.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders.

• Establish and enhance the risk management framework, processes, and methodologies for diverse Qiddiya projects.
• Guide teams in identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing risks with thorough assessments.
• Create and maintain risk registers to document, monitor, and communicate risks.
