Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company seeks a Senior Manager - Project Management (Risk) to elevate the risk management framework across our development portfolio. You will lead risk identification, assessment, prioritization, and mitigation strategies while guiding cross-functional teams and senior leadership toward a proactive risk culture.

The role requires 8–10 years in risk management with large-scale development experience, plus certifications such as CRM or PMI-RMP are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in risk management, business administration, construction management or related field.
• Master's degree preferred for senior leadership
• Certifications in risk management are a plus (CRM, PMI-RMP)

Responsibilities

• Establish and enhance the risk management framework, processes, and methodologies tailored for diverse projects.
• Guide project teams in identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing risks with comprehensive assessments.
• Create and maintain risk registers documenting, monitoring, and communicating risks.
• Develop and implement effective risk response strategies with clear action plans.
• Lead risk workshops and training to promote risk awareness.
• Monitor compliance with risk management protocols and adjust as needed.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to foster proactive risk culture.
• Perform regular reviews of the framework to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
