Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, risk management, or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in risk management in construction or real estate.
• Preferred direct experience on aviation projects.
• Professional certifications such as PRM or ARM preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of codes and safety standards in Saudi Arabia.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in risk management, preferably in a consulting environment.
• Knowledge of ISO 31000, COSO, or equivalent frameworks.
• Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation with advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with risk management software and data visualization tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and analyses for client organizations across various areas.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and action plans tailored to client needs and objectives.
• Identify, document, and prioritize risks using established risk management frameworks and methodologies.
• Analyze risk data and trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
• Prepare detailed risk reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive stakeholders and board-level audiences.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to risk management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate risk management into business processes and decision-making.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented risk mitigation measures.
• Stay current with emerging risks, regulatory changes, and best practices in risk management.
• Support the development of business continuity and disaster recovery plans for clients.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the development of risk management methodologies and tools.
