Job summary

Egisgroup in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, seeks a seasoned risk management professional to lead enterprise risk assessment, continuity planning, and quantitative analysis for critical infrastructure projects. You will model scenarios, map system interdependencies, and present data-driven recommendations to executive stakeholders.

The role requires extensive experience with Monte Carlo simulations, ISO 22301/31000 credentials, and fluency in English and Arabic.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
Minimum 15 years in risk management, including business continuity delivery on infrastructure, utility or industrial portfolios.
Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor certification in ISO 22301, plus an ISO 31000 risk management credential.
PMI-RMP, IRM or equivalent risk credential is an advantage.
Experience running Monte Carlo simulations for quantitative cost and schedule risk analysis, using @RISK, Primavera Risk Analysis, Safran Risk, Acumen Risk or equivalent.
Ability to translate probabilistic output into contingency and decision recommendations that non technical stakeholders can act on.
Experience facilitating risk appetite and business impact workshops at executive level.
Continuity plans you produced that were adopted operationally, with evidence of drills run against them.

Responsibilities

Define risk criteria, scoring methodology and evaluation approach aligned to client framework.
Build credible failure scenarios across power, water, sewerage, lighting, roads and life safety systems.
Assess likelihood, consequence and effectiveness of controls; set inherent and residual risk ratings.
Map interdependencies between utility systems and identify single points of failure.
Lead business impact analysis to establish minimum service levels and RTOs.
Prepare heat maps, impact summaries and decision material; agree risk appetite with execs.
Develop risk treatment options and target residual risk levels; conduct workshops.
Run quantitative risk analysis using Monte Carlo simulations to model cost and schedule risk.
Set distribution assumptions and defend them to client stakeholders.
Present probabilistic results with S-curves and contingency recommendations at P50/P80 levels.
Author business continuity plan covering governance, triggers and escalation.
Write scenario-based playbooks with response, stabilization and recovery steps.
Define resource requirements including vendor and contractor arrangements.
Support integration of continuity tasks into SOPs, SLAs and vendor obligations.
Design training needs analysis and modules; deliver role-based training and drills.
Produce drill and lessons learned reports; refine plan accordingly.
Provide peer review on risk outputs and ensure consistent risk ratings across sites.
Lead knowledge transfer of continuity framework to client teams.
Contribute to bids, methodology and proposals within risk and continuity service line.
