Egis is seeking an experienced Risk Manager in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia to lead risk assessments and mitigation for diverse client engagements. You will align risk strategies with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and stakeholder needs.

The role demands strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and effective communication of complex concepts to executives and teams. Prior consulting and aviation project exposure are advantageous.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, risk management or related field.
• 15 years in risk management, prefer construction/real estate.
• Certifications such as PRM/ARM preferred.
• Saudi Arabia codes and safety standards knowledge required.
• 5+ years in consulting environments preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for client orgs across sectors.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and action plans.
• Identify and prioritize risks using established frameworks and methodologies.
• Analyze risk data and provide actionable insights to clients and teams.
• Prepare risk reports, dashboards, and board-ready presentations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed risk management.
• Monitor effectiveness of risk mitigation measures and adjust as needed.
• Stay updated on emerging risks and regulatory changes.
• Support business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to methodology/tool development.
