Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; master's preferred.
• Minimum 12 years in risk management for large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Experience in designing and applying risk frameworks and systems.
• Strong data-driven decision making and analytics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influencing skills.
• Proficiency with risk management software.
• Certifications such as PMI-RMP or ISO 31000 are valued.
