Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in risk management or related field.
• 8+ years of risk management experience in construction or infrastructure.
• Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and tools.
• Analytical and presentation skills for senior stakeholders.
• Effective communication and ability to handle multiple projects.
• Experience with risk management software and PM tools.
• Certifications in risk management are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed risk assessments to identify potential risks in project plans and execution.
• Develop risk management strategies and action plans to mitigate identified risks effectively.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate risk management practices into project workflows.
• Maintain comprehensive risk registers and ensure regular updates on risk status.
• Prepare and deliver risk analysis reports and presentations to senior management and stakeholders.
• Facilitate risk workshops and training sessions to enhance risk awareness across the organization.
• Monitor changes in project scope and external factors that may introduce new risks.
