Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 15 years of risk management experience in infrastructure or construction.
• Thorough understanding of risk management frameworks, methodologies, and relevant software tools.
• PMI-RMP/CRM certifications are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement a comprehensive risk management framework for the organization.
• Conduct detailed risk assessments to identify potential risks and evaluate their impact on project goals.
• Work closely with project teams to develop and execute effective risk mitigation strategies.
• Regularly update and maintain risk registers to track identified risks and mitigation measures.
• Prepare and present risk management reports to senior management and stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Promote a culture of risk awareness by facilitating workshops and training programs.
• Continuously monitor industry trends and compliance standards to enhance risk management practices.
