Job summary

JASARA PMC is seeking a Senior Manager Risk to oversee risk management for multiple infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia. You will design and implement frameworks, lead risk assessment, and coordinate mitigation strategies with cross-functional teams.

You will drive risk workshops, monitor regulatory changes, and report risk status to senior leadership, fostering a culture of risk excellence across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Admin, Risk Management or related field.
• At least 12 years in risk management, focused on large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
• Experience in developing and applying risk management frameworks and systems.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement across levels.
• Proficiency in risk management software and tools.
• Certifications such as PMI-RMP or ISO 31000 are highly regarded.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an asset.
