Job summary

JASARA Program Management Company is seeking a senior risk management professional to design and implement a robust risk framework aligned with organizational goals and industry standards.

You will lead risk identification, assessment, and prioritization for large-scale construction or infrastructure projects, while coordinating cross-functional teams on mitigation plans and reporting risk status to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Risk Management, or related field.
• Master's degree is advantageous.
• At least 12 years of experience in risk management for large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
• Experience developing and applying risk management frameworks and systems.
• Strong analytical skills and data/qualitative decision making.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a robust risk management framework aligned with goals and standards.
• Lead identification, assessment and prioritization of risks; maintain risk registers.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on risk mitigation plans.
• Facilitate risk workshops and training to raise risk awareness.
• Monitor regulatory changes to inform risk policies and procedures.
• Contribute to reporting on risk status to senior management and stakeholders.
• Drive a culture of risk management excellence throughout the organization.
