Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Engineering, Urban Planning, Project Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in risk management, with significant exposure to mixed-use projects.
• Experience in complex, multi-disciplinary environments.
• Knowledge of risk management methodologies, tools, and software.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Relevant professional certifications such as PMI‑RMP, CRM, or equivalent are preferred.
• Experience working within the Middle East region is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk management activities for mixed-use development projects.
• Develop and implement comprehensive risk management frameworks tailored to the unique challenges of mixed-use environments.
• Conduct detailed risk assessments and analyses throughout all project phases.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate risk mitigation strategies into project planning and execution.
• Maintain and update risk registers, dashboards, and reports to monitor risk status and trends.
• Facilitate risk workshops and training sessions to promote a proactive risk management culture.
• Provide insightful risk management reports and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
