Qualifications

• Strong analysis and reporting skills for performance insights.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new riders to serve business needs.
• Monitor 3PL KPIs and performance.
• Support 3PL companies with their issues and obstacles.
• Prepare and implement a full logistical plan for expansions.
• Liaise with management to align logistics with business developments.
• Prepare and analyze performance reports for decision-making.
• Resolve critical logistics problems related to supply vs demand.
• Manage onboarding queue for shops with internal stakeholders.
• Develop and modernize training curricula for riders and 3PL operators.
• Champion LMS deployment for remote, on-demand education.
• Establish and scale partnerships with external institutions.
• Measure training efficacy through satisfaction scores and data.
• Follow daily operations to ensure work continuity.
• Contribute to timely and accurate reports meeting standards.
• Ensure satisfaction of internal and external customers promptly.
