Job summary

Hungerstation in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Logistics Optimization professional to drive delivery performance across planning, dispatch, and operations. You will focus on reducing delivery times, improving on-time metrics, and refining the dispatch algorithm to speed up fulfillment and minimize cancellations.

In this role, you will analyze customer delivery experience, optimize shift city forecasts, and collaborate with finance and supply chain teams.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of relevant experience.
• Basic knowledge of supply chain and finance.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.
• Decision making capability.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Reduce delivery time from dispatch to delivery across 7+ stages and KPIs.
• Increase on-time deliveries by improving estimates, accuracy and reducing outliers.
• Optimize dispatch algorithms for fastest delivery times and fewer cancellations.
• Analyze customer delivery experience and improve factors impacting NPS.
• Optimize stacked orders to improve efficiency and experience.
• Lead new initiatives such as freelance riders and fleet optimization.
• Ensure riders can work seamlessly through optimized shift city setups.
