Job summary

MOZN is seeking an experienced HR Rewards Analyst in Saudi Arabia to design and implement compensation programs and analytics. You will partner with HR and business leaders to ensure competitive, compliant rewards structures and drive cost-effective workforce plans.

You will analyze job descriptions, support annual compensation cycles, and produce weekly HR reports using Excel and Tableau while adapting to local Saudization requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in rewards or data analytics roles.
• Strong knowledge of rewards trends, theories, practices, and methodologies.
• Familiarity with performance management systems and rewards programs.
• Intermediate analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent bilingual verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to build effective relationships, influence stakeholders, and work collaboratively across teams.
• Outstanding multitasking abilities.
• Eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, implement and raise awareness of Rewards Strategies and Processes including HR tailored frameworks, programs, policies.
• Support business partners and management on matters related to people, rewards structure, workforce plan, and cost management.
• Support and revise job descriptions for relevant positions within the company, conducting analysis to determine appropriate salary levels based on compensation guidelines.
• Assist in launching the annual compensation assessment and merit award process.
• Maintain company structures, procedures, processes, and resource utilization to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the business partners to develop and review workforce plans.
• Assist in designing, implementing, and reviewing commission schemes.
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations by establishing effective plans to address employee matters.
• Produce HR reports on a weekly basis using advanced analytical tools (xls, tableau…)
