Job summary

Retal Urban Development Company in Saudi Arabia seeks a Sr. Delivery Project Manager to lead and oversee the delivery of large-scale real estate developments, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and quality.

You will coordinate internal teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders, manage master schedules, track expenses, and drive risk mitigation, with a focus on compliance with Saudi codes and HSE. This role requires strong leadership, 7–10 years' experience, PMP is preferred, and fluency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in project delivery, construction management, or real estate development.
• 3+ years in a project management leadership role overseeing large-scale developments.
• Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies, construction practices, and contract administration.
• Experience managing contractors, consultants, and multiple project stakeholders.
• Thorough knowledge of Saudi Arabian building regulations, municipal approval processes, and industry standards.
• PMP certification preferred; Fluent English; Arabic an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of assigned development projects, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
• Oversee all construction activities and site operations per drawings, specifications, contracts, and requirements.
• Develop, monitor, and control project master schedules; identify delays and implement recovery plans.
• Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and evaluate cost changes to maintain financial targets.
• Direct and manage contractors, consultants, and suppliers to meet contractual obligations and objectives.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and resolve issues to minimize impact.
• Administer contracts, evaluate variations, review claims, and support negotiations to protect project interests.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, providing updates on performance, risks, and mitigations.
• Ensure works comply with specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements through inspections.
• Promote and enforce HSE standards across all project activities and regulatory compliance.
• Review scope changes and design modifications, assessing impacts on budget and timeline.
• Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and status updates for management.
