Job summary

Confidential Career Solutions seeks an experienced Project Manager to represent the owner in managing real estate development projects in Saudi Arabia, ensuring delivery on cost, timeline, quality, and regulatory standards. You will coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, and other stakeholders, monitor progress, and oversee risk, quality, and reporting to senior management.

The ideal candidate holds a Civil/Structural engineering degree with 8+ years of development or PM

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, or related Engineering.
Minimum 8 years of engineering experience, including at least 4 years in real estate development or project management.
Strong project management, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of construction methods, engineering standards, and project management practices.

Responsibilities

Act as the main liaison with contractors, consultants, architects, and stakeholders.
Monitor progress, quality, costs, and timelines.
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with specifications.
Identify risks, issues, and delays and report them to management.
Provide technical advice on engineering and construction matters.
Prepare progress reports for senior management.
