Job summary

Foreground Consultancy seeks an Executive Director to lead the full development lifecycle of major real estate projects in Saudi Arabia, from concept through delivery and handover. You will oversee planning, design coordination, commercial structuring, and multi-asset execution, while shaping the long-term development pipeline.

The role requires senior leadership experience in large-scale projects, strong governance and risk management skills, and proven ability to manage government, investors

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in real estate development within large, complex projects.
• Strong exposure to regulatory and development landscape in Saudi Arabia.
• Experience with public-sector stakeholders or giga-project environments is a strong advantage.
• Credibility, decisive leadership and long-term strategic thinking are essential.
