Job summary

Cornerstone Global Partners is assisting a residential living brand in Riyadh, KSA to hire a Senior Analyst/Manager, Real Estate Investments. You’ll underwrite acquisitions and operator agreements, and drive deals from first look to signed term sheet.

You will build robust financial models, run sensitivities, evaluate assets on occupancy and pricing, and draft term sheets for senior leadership. KSA/GCC experience and advanced Excel are highly valued.

Qualifications

5+ years in real estate underwriting, investment or lending.
Advanced Excel modelling, built from scratch.
Experience with residential, hospitality or living-sector assets.
Deal exposure at meaningful scale.
KSA or GCC experience. Arabic is an advantage.
Degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics or a related field.

Responsibilities

Underwrite acquisitions and management agreements, and make clear recommendations.
Build and own financial models, including sensitivities and downside cases.
Evaluate operating assets using operating statements, occupancy, unit mix and pricing.
Structure commercial terms, including fees, term and performance tests.
Draft term sheets and approval memos for senior leadership.
Coordinate due diligence with internal teams, owners and advisors.
