KitchenPark is seeking a driven Junior Analyst for our Real Estate division in Riyadh to support sourcing properties across Saudi Arabia, evaluate opportunities, and provide strategic insights. The ideal candidate is a fresh engineering graduate with strong Excel and financial modelling skills, proficient in English and Arabic, ready to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Construction, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
• Strong financial modelling, Excel, and data analysis skills.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
• Knowledge of the commercial real estate market in Saudi Arabia.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (written and verbal).
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Source new properties, landlords, and local areas.
• Negotiate with owners/landlords.
• Conduct market research and real estate trend analysis.
• Prepare financial models, forecasts, and feasibility studies.
• Assist in investment memorandums, presentations, and reports.
• Monitor macro indicators and regulatory changes in Saudi Arabia.
• Collaborate with finance, legal, and development teams.
• Maintain and update real estate databases.
