A senior real estate financial analyst is sought to join the development team of a leading Riyadh-based real estate developer. The role centers on building and managing the financial analysis for major development decisions, including feasibility studies, financial modelling, cash flows, pricing, absorption, investment analysis, and development returns.

You will collaborate with Development, Investment, and Commercial teams, with your analysis guiding decisions on project development, phasing,

5–9 years of experience in real estate financial analysis or development feasibility.
Experience with a real estate developer, investment arm, or advisory firm.
Arabic and English language proficiency.

Responsabilidades

Build and maintain real estate development feasibility models and project cash flows.
Perform IRR, NPV, and sensitivity analysis for development scenarios.
Analyse unit mix, pricing strategies, and absorption assumptions.
Support land acquisition appraisals and highest & best-use studies.
Conduct market benchmarking and track comparable developments.
Prepare financial analysis and investment papers for senior management.
Monitor development budgets, project performance, and returns against the business plan.
