Responsibilities
- Monitor project performance against investment case.
- Conduct due diligence on development cost plans and contracts.
- Evaluate developers and JV partners for selection.
- Assess market demand, costs and investment returns.
- Validate business cases and financial models.
- Benchmark market data with research providers.
- Model cash flows, cash flow analysis for acquisitions.
- Assess acquisition risks and due diligence.
- Support investment transactions and deal structuring.
