Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking an experienced Interface and Integration Manager to lead coordination, governance, and resolution of interfaces on the Saudi Arabia Railway project. The role includes managing interface matrices, registers, and workflows across multiple packages and ensuring alignment with programme milestones.

The ideal candidate will bring 15+ years of experience in large infrastructure projects, with rail exposure preferred, and strong skills in stakeholder engagement, risk management,

Qualifications

• 15+ years in interface and integration management for large-scale infrastructure projects
• Rail or major infrastructure programme experience preferred
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Interface and Integration Management Plan in accordance with the Contract.
• Manage and update IRM, Interface Scope Matrix, and Interface Register.
• Coordinate with contractors to ensure timely submission and approval of interface-related design inputs, installation provisions, and testing protocols.
• Work with the client to align interface dependencies with master schedule and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Identify interface risks and contribute to mitigation planning and risk reporting.
