Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Systems Integration Manager - Rail in Riyadh to lead the technical integration of multidisciplinary rail systems on a major infrastructure program. You will coordinate interfaces across signaling, traction power, SCADA, OCC, rolling stock, and platform systems, working with authorities and contractors to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

The role requires deep rail systems engineering knowledge, interface management capabilities, and a proven track record

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant rail or transportation infrastructure experience.
• Strong knowledge of signaling, communications, traction power, SCADA and related rail systems.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary technical teams and manage complex interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integration of railway systems across signaling, communications, traction power, SCADA, OCC, rolling stock, and depot systems.
• Manage technical interfaces between rail systems, civil works, stations, depots and external stakeholders.
• Establish and control system interface registers to track, coordinate and close all interfaces through the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated system design across concept to handover stages.
