AtkinsRéalis in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Senior Interface and Integration Manager to lead coordination, governance, and resolution of all interfaces across the railway project.

The role requires deep cross-disciplinary collaboration with civil, systems, MEP, architectural, and operational packages, ensuring interfaces align with milestones, risk registers, and design deliverables. You will manage IRM and coordinate with clients and contractors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in interface and integration management for large-scale infrastructure.
• Experience in rail or major infrastructure programmes is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of multidisciplinary coordination across civil, systems, MEP, architectural and operational packages.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Interface and Integration Management Plan in accordance with the Contract.
• Manage and update the Interface Responsibility Matrix (IRM), Interface Scope Matrix, and Interface Register.
• Coordinate with contractors for timely submission and approval of interface-related inputs, provisions, and testing protocols.
• Liaise with Client, PMC, contractors and stakeholders to ensure alignment on interface requirements.
• Support commissioning and handover readiness by ensuring interface provisions are complete and verified.

## Senior Interface and Integration ManagerApplylocations: SA.Riyadhtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todaytime left to apply: End Date: August 16, 2026 (30 days left to apply)job requisition id: R-146892### **Job Description****Role Overview**AtkinsRéalis is seeking an experienced **Interface and Integration Manager** to lead the coordination, resolution, and governance of all internal and external interfaces the Saudi Arabia Railway.the Interface and Integration Manager will manage interface matrices, registers, and coordination workflows across the project.**Key Requirements and Accountabilities****Sector Experience*** Minimum 15 years of experience in interface and integration management for large-scale infrastructure projects, preferably in rail.* Strong understanding of multidisciplinary coordination across civil, systems, MEP, architectural, and operational packages.* Familiarity with Saudi Arabia infrastructure delivery frameworks and Rail standards.**Interface Strategy & Governance*** Develop and maintain the Interface and Integration Management Plan in accordance with the Contract.* Implement interface protocols, workflows, and escalation procedures across all packages.* Ensure interface activities are aligned with programme milestones, risk registers, and design deliverables.**Interface Identification & Coordination*** Manage and update the Interface Responsibility Matrix (IRM), Interface Scope Matrix, and Interface Register.* Identify, track, and resolve strategic interfaces requiring coordination in between major contract packages, technical interfaces between adjacent packages, governance of the internal interfaces in a package and detailed interfaces at component or system level.
