Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Saudi Arabia seeks a Quantity Surveyor Manager to lead all quantity surveying, measurement, valuation, cost control and commercial administration across projects, ensuring cost effectiveness from construction through final accounts.

You will manage interim valuations, variations, cost forecasting, procurement support, and contract administration under FIDIC frameworks, with 5–8 years’ experience on major infra projects, preferably with bridge and highway experience in GCC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Professional membership with MRICS (MRICS/APC), AIQS, CIQS, ICE, or equivalent is preferred.
• Additional qualifications in Commercial Management or Construction Law are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Measure and quantify construction works and prepare quantity take-offs.
• Review interim payment applications and verify quantities and progress.
• Prepare valuation reports and payment recommendations.
• Evaluate variation requests and cost estimates for changes.
• Monitor project expenditure and prepare cost forecasts and cash flow projections.
• Review BOQs, pricing schedules and ensure contractual compliance.
• Assist in final accounts with contractors and suppliers.
• Support tendering, procurement, and bid evaluations.
