Job summary

JASARA Program Management Company (JASARA PMC) is seeking a Senior QS Manager in Saudi Arabia to oversee the commercial aspects of social infrastructure projects. You will manage all quantity surveying functions to ensure timely delivery within budget while maintaining high quality standards.

You will leverage expertise in cost management, contracts, and financial planning to control costs, evaluate risks, and drive value across large-scale initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in quantity surveying in construction.
• Extensive knowledge of contract management and cost control methods.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale projects from inception to completion.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret financial reports and data.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• MRICS or other professional QS certification desirable.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the quantity surveying team, providing guidance and mentorship.
• Prepare and manage the project budget, including cost estimates and forecasts.
• Conduct value engineering and cost-benefit analysis to optimize project expenditure.
• Review and negotiate contractual documents and variations per policy.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates on financial performance.
• Collaborate with project management to develop cost management and risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
