This position requires a Bachelor's degree and 10 years of quantity surveying experience, with strong analytics and communication skills, and familiarity with local regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
• 10 years of quantity surveying experience in construction.
• Proficient in cost estimation, budgeting, and financial management.
• Proficient in construction management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive cost estimates and detailed budgets for construction projects.
• Review and assess contractor bids and proposals.
• Monitor project costs, analyzing variances to ensure budget compliance.
• Manage procurement processes and contract negotiations.
• Conduct site visits to ensure project milestones are met and costs are controlled.
• Generate regular financial reports and present findings to stakeholders.
• Advise on cost-effective solutions and value engineering opportunities.
