JASARA PMC is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead financial management, contracts, and cost control across civil engineering programs. The role emphasizes staying on budget, timely delivery, and high quality in a dynamic team.

The candidate will oversee pre-contract documentation, bills of quantities, procurement strategies, and contractual claims while mentoring junior staff and coordinating with project management.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee quantity surveying activities throughout the project lifecycle, from inception to completion.
• Perform detailed cost estimation, procurement, and cost control functions.
• Prepare and manage bills of quantities and other pre-contract documentation.
• Conduct site visits to assess work progress and cost implications.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure adherence to budgets and schedules.
• Draft and review contracts, manage contractual claims, and resolve disputes effectively.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior quantity surveyors, promoting a collaborative team environment.
