AtkinsRéalis in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to oversee commercial and contractual management for major infrastructure projects, ensuring accurate cost tracking.

You will lead measurement, cost control, prepare variation claims, review BOQs, mentor junior staff, and engage with client and contractor negotiations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in pre- and post-contract cost management for major infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience in cost planning, estimating, tendering, payment certification, variations, claims, final accounts, and commercial reporting.
• Experience working on large-scale infrastructure and development programmes.
• MRICS qualification preferred.
