Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead measurement, cost control, and contract administration on infrastructure projects.

You will mentor junior QS, review BOQs, prepare variation claims, analyze risks, and coordinate with finance, planning, and engineering to deliver commercial success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
• 10–15 years QS experience with at least 5+ years in senior roles.
• Strong commercial expertise and knowledge of FIDIC contracts.
• Advanced skills in measurements, cost forecasting, and claim preparation.
